Tennille Thompson discovered Pilates while rehabbing from a car accident. After recovering, she was determined to share “The Mindful Movement” with others. She began teaching in 2004 and has trained a variety of clients, including Grammy Award-winning artist Sting. Tennille is certified through STOTT Pilates and welcomes students of all ages and athletic abilities.
Jennifer Whitley founded Re:Gen Pilates because she wanted to offer a personalized fitness experience in a warm, inclusive environment. She started teaching more than 10 years ago and has been featured in both Pilates Style and USAA Magazine. Students are motivated to meet their goals, and the Reform group class is fun for all levels. It features the Body Allegro 2 Reformer and Tower, as well as the Combo Chair and other props.
Private sessions are also available, and the instructors personalize workouts based on the personal needs of each client.
