Their culinary journey brought them to Texas, and Willy is one of the country’s top hand-pulled noodle masters. He can prepare thirteen servings at one time. Meals include wonton soup, Yangzhou fried rice, and Peking duck.
Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co.
Found on the third floor, Unlawful Assembly is where friends share memories while making new ones. Brewmaster Tom Janik focuses on exciting ingredients while still honoring classic flavors. Food and beer conspire in the taproom, which hosts trivia nights and brew release parties. Year-round offerings include Peacemonger, Smoke Screen, and Double Justice.
The Bravazo Rotisserie opened after Chef Enrique Urrutia decided to bring Peruvian cuisine to Texas. He came from San Francisco where he ran one of the city’s top 100 restaurants. Chef Urrutia uses the finest ingredients, and his dishes keep people coming back for more. Try the rotisserie chicken featuring a lemon pepper sea salt marinade. It’s served with warm bread and a salad.
Degenhardt’s Brat Haus
Visit Degenhardt’s Brat Haus to enjoy the tastiest brats in the state. Owner Josh Degenhardt’s is a German-born, second-generation sausage maker who uses secret family recipes. He adds his own twist and even offers a vegan option. Offerings include spicy wurst, cowboy brat, and beer brat. They pair well with the seasoned fries and jumbo soft pretzels.
