3 Must-Try Gourmet Hot Dogs near Frisco

Did you know that the average American eats sixty hot dogs every year? Looking to explore flavors beyond the classic ketchup, mustard, and relish, local chefs and restaurants are creating gourmet recipes with unique ingredients.

Visit one of these three restaurants near our Frisco, TX apartments where you can taste test a delicious gourmet hot dog:

B. Frank & Relish

B. Frank was established with one simple mission: “B Exceptional.” In an open prep kitchen, guests can watch chefs take a minimalist approach to cooking. They prepare dishes in a hearth-style Argentinean grill with mesquite wood. The grill sears in flavor at over 650 degrees. The intimate dining room is perfect for date night with chandeliers, vintage doors, and warm, rustic tones.

For dinner, try the B. Frank. This foot-long Wagyu beef dog is topped with Yuzu relish, deli mustard, and smokey pickles.

Jakes Burgers and Beer

Locally owned since 1985, Jakes Burgers and Beer is a Texas tradition. It has an extensive selection of local brews and features one of the best dog-friendly patios in DFW. With televisions inside and out, sports fans never miss their favorite team. Despite the restaurant’s name, it also serves delicious hot dogs. Try the Flaming Dawg stuffed with jalapenos and cheddar cheese.

Chip’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers

Chip’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers has been a local favorite for over thirty years. It was voted into Dallas’ Burger Joint Hall of Fame and has been recognized by D Magazine and the Dallas Observer. The restaurant is the perfect place for a quick meal. Guests enjoy the laid-back setting and friendly service. The Coney Island hot dog features homemade chili, onions, mustard, and cheddar cheese. It pairs well with garlic fries and a chocolate shake.
